What it costs.
Three tiers. You start at the first one and move up when the numbers say it is time, never by the calendar and always with a signed amendment.
What separates one tier from the next is not the volume of deliverables. It is where your operation is stuck today.
Tier 1
Where does my next client come from, and what do they cost?
R$ 2.500/ month
when the operation still depends on you being available
The operation sells every day without needing you to be available.
You get an acquisition cost figure that did not exist before. Media stops being improvised, creative gets tested with a method, and the storefront stops losing people who were already interested.
Time to move up whenContact volume went up and the business cannot keep up, or it keeps up and does not convert. From there, more ad spend only buys more waste.
Tier 2
Why do so many people come in and so few buy, and why do buyers not come back?
R$ 4.500/ month
when the bottleneck has moved from marketing to customer service
Customer service stops depending on people and your base buys again.
In practice: a service script, an agreed response time, an owner with a name. And a sequence to win back whoever bought once and vanished.
Time to move up whenRevenue grew, you work much harder and you cannot see the money. Your question shifts from "how do I sell more" to "where is all this going".
Tier 3
I sell plenty. Why is so little left, and why does everything still depend on me?
R$ 5.500/ month
when the decision to grow runs into inventory and cash
Inventory, finance and expansion become decisions instead of guesswork.
Margin gets read by product, by channel and by campaign. Purchasing, stock and capacity become data decisions. You step out of execution and decide with the number in front of you.
Time to move up whenThe business starts needing its own structure in house. At that point Orbe changes role, and it is a different conversation.
Three rules that apply to every client
Everyone starts at Level 1
No exceptions, including when the assessment shows the problem sits in the margin rather than in demand. Level 1 is what installs the measurement, and a margin dashboard without an acquisition cost is a pretty spreadsheet that decides nothing.
Nothing is replaced when you move up
Each step adds to the one below it. Level 3 contains Level 2, which contains Level 1. Anyone who has hired an agency expects to lose something when changing plans. Here you do not.
If the math does not work, the step stays out of the proposal
The test is what the step removes in cost added to what it brings in profit, against what it charges. When that does not clear comfortably, we do not sell it, even if you ask. A step sold without backing becomes a cancellation in the fourth month.
Publishing prices costs us meetings. We would rather lose the one that was never going to close than take an hour of your time to find out together that it did not fit.
If what you need right now is not on this ladder, we say so in the first conversation, and we say why. That is cheaper for both sides than finding out in month three.
